Close to 20 years running attempting big day alpine solos. I climbed this for my aunt who just past and thought about Fran Menetre (my friend's mom) who was in hospice. Unbeknownst to me and oddly enough, it was also one of my climbing hero's death day. Fortunately Alex Lowe was climbing when he perished, albeit too early. It was a Banner day of remembrance and alpine ice conditions
